Managing Chats

Easily manage your past analytics chats — rename them for clarity, share with teammates, or delete those no longer needed.


1. Editing a Chat Title

  • On the main Analytics Chat page, you’ll see a list of your past chats.
  • Each chat title can be edited directly — simply click on the edit button to rename it.
  • Use descriptive names (e.g., “Q3 Revenue Deep Dive” or “Marketing ROI Analysis”) to make them easier to find later.

💡 Tip: Renaming chats helps you quickly identify analyses without reopening them.

2. Sharing a Chat

  • You can share any chat with your co-workers within the company.
  • Click the Share option for the chat you want to share.
  • Choose recipients or teams — everyone in your organization can access shared chats.

3. Deleting a Chat

  • If a chat is no longer needed, you can delete it from your chat list.
  • Click the Delete option beside the chat entry.
  • Confirm the deletion to permanently remove it from your account.

⚠️ Note: Deleted chats cannot be recovered, so make sure you no longer need the insights before deleting.


4. Best Practices

  • Keep titles meaningful: Helps with search and organization.
  • Share strategically: Collaborate with teammates working on similar analyses.
  • Clean up regularly: Delete outdated or redundant chats to keep your workspace organized.
