Usage

The Usage page shows how your team is using Aliveo—logins, chats, workflows, dashboards, and more—so you can see adoption at a glance and spot who might need a hand getting started.

Open it from My Account → Usage.

What you'll see

There are two views, depending on your role:

  • Your usage — every user can see their own activity in Aliveo.
  • Team usage — primary account holders see a roll-up across the whole team, with a per-member breakdown.

If you're a primary user and your workspace is just you, you'll see your own usage along with a prompt to invite teammates.

What's measured

Usage tracks these activities:

  • Logins
  • Chats created
  • Workflows created
  • Workflow runs
  • Dashboards created
  • Emails sent
  • MCP tool calls

Most of these count toward whether a user was active on a given day. (Emails sent are shown for reference and don't, on their own, mark someone as active.)

Time ranges & freshness

Toggle between the last 7 days and the last 90 days.

Usage is aggregated once per day, so the most recent day may still be filling in—a freshness indicator shows how current the numbers are. Days before a user joined, or with no recorded activity, show as a dash (—) rather than a zero.

Team view

When your workspace has more than one person, primary account holders see:

  • Organization totals across everyone.
  • A member list you can sort and page through.
  • A per-member view to drill into an individual's activity.

Only primary account holders can see other people's usage. Secondary users only ever see their own.
